To use fluorescent pigment powder for plastic injection molding, we need to inject it at high temperature, for example, 190℃ – 300℃ high-temperature plastic injection molding. In such case, we should ensure that the fluorescent powder we use has high light resistance, not being affected in quality or effect by the high temperature. High-temperature-resistant fluorescent powder can withstand high temperature in plastic injection molding. It has good thermal stability and light resistance, and supports 180℃ – 300℃ processing temperature. Moreover, it has high brightness, good tinting strength, and high concentration. Only a small addition is required for process. All these are not possible in ordinary fluorescent pigment powder.
